Party Reservation terms and conditions for The Avenue wine bar
1.Small party 10 – 25 people private areas hire £50 no deposit back.
2.Under 50 people Tues – Thurs £100 deposit required if £500 is made at the bar customer receives the deposit back.
3.Under 50 people Fri - Sun £200 deposit required, if over £750 is made at the bar customer receives the deposit back.
4.Over 50 people Tues – Thurs £150 deposit required, if over £1000 is made at the bar customer receives the deposit back.
5.Over 50 people Fri – Sun £250 deposit required, if over £1000 is made at the bar customer receives the deposit back.
6.Late licence over 1: 00 am requires a £300 deposit, if over £2000 is made at the bar customer receives the deposit back.
7.Party exclusivity requires £250 extra non refundable deposit, plus standard charges.
8.Promoters rates = 10% of the bar bill after the first £250, no exclusivity and bring their own DJ and needles for the decks.( £250 extra for exclusivity )
If we supply DJ his fee will be added to the first £250.
9.18th birthday parties strictly no entry if no ID, unless accompanied by an adult, who is over 25yrs old and is then responsible for that person, at 10:00pm all under 18s must leave the premises. *Wrist bands will be provided and must be visible at all times for all persons under 18yrs of age, fail to do this results in instant dismissal from the premises.
10.Under 21 parties strictly no entry if no ID, unless accompanied by an adult who is over 25yrs old and will be responsible for that person, at 10:00pm all under 18s must leave the premises.*
Deposit retained, if the above rules are not adhered too, and party will be terminated.
Damage to the property or fixtures and fittings will result in a deposit charge of damage amount.
Under no circumstances must a patron or adult buy drinks for a patron who is under
18.
The management have the right to refuse entry at all times.
